Laurel speaks and leads workshops for jobseekers, business groups, students and more on career change, entrepreneurial success, résumé writing, LinkedIn, positive psychology, and emotional intelligence. A Clifton Strengths coach in training, she completed post-graduate work to obtain Certified Ghostwriter Professional Designation (CGPD) from California State University-Long Beach in 2014. She also holds a BA in Journalism from UW-Madison. She's also a skilled graphic designer and wildlife fine artist.

A member of the National Résumé Writers Association, Laurel presented on her collaborative ghostwriting process at the annual convention in Charlotte. She belongs to the North Shore (Milwaukee) Chamber of Commerce, is a past member of the Grafton Area Chamber of Commerce, the Cedarburg Chamber of Commerce, and BNI Business STARs North Shore Milwaukee chapter.
 

An open-minded Orthodox Christian who enjoys learning from saints and other religions, in her spare time, Laurel enjoys her cats, nonfiction, hanging out with family, and serving her community behind the wheel driving 140+ kids to school and back in a big yellow bus.
